Official Contest Rules

These are the official rules and regulations governing the Greendale Twi Nite Cold Hard Cash raffle between April 1st, 2022 and July 31st 2022. HOW TO ENTER: The Cold Hard Cash Raffle tickets will be available beginning April 1, 2022 at 8:00am through the prize drawing July 31, 2022 at 5:00pm.  Drawing will be broadcase live online.  Tickets will be sold for ten dollars ($10.00) each, or three (3) for twenty-five ($25.00), or five (5) for forty dollars ($40.00). There is no limit to the number of tickets sold, or to the number of tickets an individual may purchase.

ODDS: Odds of winning are based on the total number of tickets sold. In total there are twenty five prizes offered .

ELIGIBILITY: The winner must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States in a locale whose laws do not specifically prohibit such contests. Employees, students and any immediate family members residing with the employee or students are eligible to participate.

GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the raffle will receive: a five thousand dollar cash prize ($5,000.00), or 50% of gross raffle proceeds whichever is less. Total grand prize value is $5,0000.00 or 50% of gross raffle proceeds. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.  No prize substitutions are allowed. Winners must be 18 years of age or older. This prize may be transferred.

FIRST PRIZE: The first prize winner will receive a five hundred dollars cash prize ($500.00).

SECOND PRIZE: The second prize winners will receive a two-hundred and fifty dollar cash prize ($250.00).

THIRD PRIZE: The third prize winner will receive a one-hundred and twenty-five dollar cash prize ($125.00).

FOURTH THROUGH NINTH PRIZES: The fourth through ninth prize winners will each receive a fifty dollar cash prize ($50.00).

TENTH THROUGH TWENTIETH PRIZES: The tenth through twentieth prize winners will each receive a twenty-five dollar cash prize ($25.00).

TWENTY-FIRST PRIZE The twenty-first prize winner will receive a Milwaukee County Zoo family admission pass good for one year. This prize is valued at $120.00.

TWENTY-SECOND PRIZE: The twenty-second prize winner will receive a Lake Geneva Canopy Tours voucher valued at $110.00.

TWENTY-THIRD PRIZE: The twenty-third prize winner will receive a Milwaukee Food & City Tours gift card valued at $100.00.

TWENTY-FOURTH PRIZE: The twenty-fourth prize winner will receive a Wisconsin State Fair VIP Fair Admission pack valued at $99.00.

TWENTY-FIFTH PRIZE : The twenty-fifth prize winner will receive Mister Car Wash gift certificates valued at $80.00.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: The winning tickets will be drawn at random on July 31st, 2022 at 5:00pm, in Greendale Wisconsin. Greendale Twi Nite shall have the final decision on any and all claims concerning this contest and reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if these Raffle Rules are not followed. Holders of the winning tickets need not be present at the drawing to win but will be required to present ticket receipt(s) and positive identification for verification. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email. A maximum of three (3) total messages (phone and/or email) will be left or sent to any winner. Winners must reply to Greendale Twi Nite within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notification or an alternate winner will be selected for that prize. Prizes must be claimed within two months (2) or sixty days (60) of notification or they will be considered “declined”
and awarded to an alternate winner.

CONDITIONS ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The winner must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States in a locale whose laws do not specifically prohibit such contests. In the event that the winner is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian will be named winner in lieu of actual winner. Each raffle winner will be required to sign a release and certify compliance with all raffle rules before each prize will be awarded. Winners will be responsible for applicable taxes, hotel or airline fees, insurance and any other charges or fees associated with acceptance of any prizes. Twi Nite reserves the right to substitute prizes in the event that a particular prize sponsor is unable or unwilling to provide the agreed upon prize. Cash prizes are subject to a minimum raffle ticket sale
requirement. Cash prizes may be reduced to reflect actual raffle proceeds. Up to 60% of gross raffle proceeds may be distributed in cash prizes. Additional substitutions may be made for donated prizes as follows; due to business failure or closing and/or other restrictions related to COVID-19 and/or similar public health emergencies. Winners shall release Greendale Twi Nite from responsibility and/or liability regarding the prize, dates of service, condition or use of any prize awarded. The winner acknowledges and accepts sole responsibility for any balance due and all additional charges relating to any enhancements, upgrades or additional purchases requested by the winner. The rules of this raffle contest shall be governed by the applicable laws of the State of Wisconsin. Prize winner’s consent to use of name, image and likeness in association with promotional and marketing efforts on behalf of Twi Nite. This includes but is not limited to; photography and video taken during awards ceremonies, travel photo’s, social media
